What's the difference between paid and free ChatGPT teams

The paid version (we are using ChatGPT Team) includes the following that the free version doesn't:

• A secure, dedicated workspace with essential admin controls, SAML SSO, and MFA.
• Team data is excluded from training by default, with encryption at rest and in transit.
• Support for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. Aligned with CSA STAR and SOC 2 Type 2 Trust Services Criteria.

Also EVERYTHING you put into the free version becomes intellectual property of OpenAI as it's used to further train their AI models.
