Requesting access to AI tools
Access requests for any RSG tools including ChatGPT, Git-CoPilot, and Microsoft Co-Pilot needs to be put through the Service Desk.
To gain access to AI tools..
- You need a use case to be submitted with the ticket.
- Approval is needed from your manager, the VP or ET member of your team and the AI Steering Committee.
- IT tracks the use of these tools via a spreadsheet which the VP's have access to this is how we tell if it is budgeted.
- Once approved we provide access.
