Requesting access to AI tools

Access requests for any RSG tools including ChatGPT, Git-CoPilot, and Microsoft Co-Pilot needs to be put through the Service Desk.

To gain access to AI tools..

You need a use case to be submitted with the ticket.
Approval is needed from your manager, the VP or ET member of your team and the AI Steering Committee.
IT tracks the use of these tools via a spreadsheet which the VP's have access to this is how we tell if it is budgeted.
Once approved we provide access.
